Try as hard as we might, the vast majority of us will get a traffic ticket at one time or another. Sometimes, the truth be told, the ticket is deserved. Other times, tickets are simply issued by police officers who are over zealous or who just got the facts wrong, be it on the road or at an accident scene.
Whether you are really guilty or not, the chances are that we can help you avoid the most harmful part of your ticket - the points on your driver’s license. Oftentimes people are upset about the cost of the ticket, but the truth is, the cost of the ticket can be miniscule compared to the long term financial consequences of getting points assessed against your driver’s license. When you pay a traffic ticket, you ADMIT you are GUILTY and points WILL be assessed on your license. This could increase your chances of losing your license later (if you get another ticket) and it could result in your car insurance rates being increased for YEARS. It could also possibly affect issues such as your current or future employment or a security clearance.
